GERMANY 4-0 Woooohoooo!!!!

Was at my Uncle's place watching the Germany - Argentina match along with my folks and S. Argentina was robbed of every soccer glory and honour as I know it with a humiliating 4-0 defeat. In my compassionate opinion, they were probably shaken by the early Germany goal in the 2nd minute of the game and never quite recovered from that. But that's really putting it kindly. Fact is, there were always more German players on either side of the field at all times. When Argentina was supposed to be defending, you would find more German players, ready to support and field a goal than there were Argentina defenders. Likewise, when it was Argentina's chance at a goal, there would be more German defenders than there were Argentina players, resulting in lack of follow through and support for Argentina but super quick rebounds and recovery for Germany. Germany was clearly the better team. Younger, more stamina, and faster. I shall not comment on skills as I really am no expert in this area but woah. What a match!

So I have these really awful dark eye circles which I absolutely detest. I guess the fail proof way would be to just have sufficient sleep, retire to bed earlier and not drink water before sleeping, etc. But hell, I do none of that. In fact, I don't drink enough water and I am constantly dehydrated. Anyway, I have been meaning to try the Ginvera Jade Dark Eye Circles Roll Away. I think it costs about $14.80 from any of your local drug stores. Well, I finally bought it after reading so much about it. It even won an award in CLEO. So does it work? I am going to have to get back to you on that. I have tried it for 2 days and I have mixed results. After my first application, I thought my dark circles lightened drastically and I was ecstatic. But after the 3rd application, it seems like they're back again. Not sure what to think as yet but I will let you know. Watch this space!

Nails. Love my metallic blue nails. I usually do them round but my manicurist advised me to do them square as it would go better with the nail colour. Once work starts, I'll probably have to go back to boring professional colours again. Currently my nails package is with FE NAILS @ Raffles City. Been with them for some time now. I particularly like my manicurist, Sherlyn. Frankly, all the girls there are consistently good. Very conscientious and very neat in the way they paint your nails. The colours always last me at least 3 weeks! No chipping, no colours fading off etc, just my nails growing longer and you can see the distance between the colour and the start of my nail bed. They may not be the cheapest but I haven't found a place that does my nails the same standard that they do so I'm one happy, loyal customer. :) The massage they give is pretty good too. I just wish they would massage me longer. :P
