My blackberry has been giving me some problems, but to be fair, nothing bad enough to sack it. I have had it for slightly over a year now and I am bored. hahaha for those of you who know me well, phones are my weakness. I change my phone every chance I get! When I first chose the blackberry BOLD over the iphone a year back, I felt it was the best decision I made. My friends and I communicated over BBM (Blackberry Messenger), and I love the ease of use, the idiot-proof email, and more importantly, the ergonomics of the blackberry. I loved that it had buttons, the big flat screen (relative girls…), and I loved that it looked so executive.
Well, the new company has decided to issue me a blackberry the exact same colour and model as my personal phone (my other new colleague is getting a smacking new white bb 9700 and he is a guy! please tell me how is that fair…)! So I have found myself due reason to get a new phone -- so I can tell them apart! hahaha yes, I am fully aware a change of covers or differentiating wallpapers will do, but hey, don't spoil my fun here… :P
ANYWAY, I am trying to decide if I should jump on the bandwagon I have resisted for so long and get the new iphone4 in WHITE. No doubt, there are certain limitations to the blackberry and the iphone is entertaining. However, the touchscreen is something I am not sure I like. I generally like buttons. I like the idea of pressing something and the iphone kinda looks less serious. But I adore Steve Jobbs and I LOVE Apple. My MacBook Pro has been one of my best techy investments and what's missing from my holy trinity seems to be the iPhone.
BUT check out the blackberry 9700 in WHITE. Ain't it gorgeous??? I think it's super stylish and I would be a very happy person using it too except perhaps when I am trying to access fb or youtube etc. Then again, I do have my Mac for that…
Whilst I find the older iPhone design more sleek and "chio", I guess the iPhone4 looks sturdier and tougher. And in a way more executive I guess?? hahaha but who's to say once you put on a casing…
