The season of weddings

you know that you are getting old when people around you no longer talk about seemingly trivial matters like what movie to watch or where to go for the next holiday...

you wake up one morn, and suddenly its all about getting your own place, getting hitched and yes.. travel.. but its where to go for the honeymoon.

tis the season of engagement parties, ROMs, and yes, the customary chinese weddings.

the girls were just lamenting on how broke they would be this year...

a wedding a month at minimum!weddings sure are expensive affairs..

The Sail is pretty nice... right in the heart of the CBD, you really do get a pretty good view of the Singapore skyline. Imagine it on national day.. fireworks! pity fireworks in singapore are so few and far between....

And this.. my mentor at work got married. and his dear mentees get the honour of being his door bitches.aka,reception. went directly from work.. so was kinda weird dressing up in the office.

always remember to bring alot of bobby pins and you'd be fine though.. check out the mess o made of my hair in an effort to make it more evening atas. :P
